TRUCK SCALES

Our main partner for truck scales and associated electronic components is Coop. Bilanciai.

This is an innovating company. Bilanciai plant in Campogalliano, modena, Italy, is

completely automated, with a production of more of 1200 truck scales a year.

From the steel storage depot, the material goes to the production line and in 3.5 hours

the truck scale is ready for shipment. Normally the plant operates 2.5 shifts, with only 7 operators per shift. To obtain these results, the company has used thousand of programming hours.

J & L Transducers also has an important partner in China. The company has very modern and well equiped facilities. All truck scales are assembled and tested before they are shiped, as necessary to comply with ISO 9001 norms and are manufactured under CE and OIML/R 76 norms.

The CE Transducers TCA and TMA have been in use in the European Union for many years. This scale is almost identical to scales manufactured by Coop Bilanciai of Italy. The Bilanciai technical group, in cooperation with their associated Chinese group, designed these models to satisfy the European standards, Manufacturing them in China offers a very reasonable price. This scale is approved in the European Union.

The scale is shipped with all the necessry components to be installed on site. Only the con- crete is needed. This design is ideal for rainy areas since have few metalic parts. Large selection of sizes and capacities.

This scale is shipped in semi-panels, in secured closed containers. When on the final site, the panels are bolted together to form the modules. Since the units to set up are much smaller and lighter, is possible to use more common and less costly equipment to complete the installation.

There are many capacities to choose from, all ready to perform for many years.
